The Texas Council of Clubs and Independents (TX COC&I) is a a grass roots organization established to to protect motorcycle enthusiast rights and promote communication between riding clubs, motorcycle clubs / organizations and independent riders. Our Right to Ride
Through our Regional and State meetings, we share updates on motorcycle-related pending legislation and court cases, discuss motorcycle safety and promote communication between riding clubs, motorcycle clubs / organizations and independent riders.We fight Motorcyclist Profiling, Harassment and Discrimination and work with our legal team to Introduce anti-discrimination legislation, similar to the Unruh Act in California, The COC&I specifically monitors national and local court cases as well as pending legislation which may impact motorcycle enthusiasts rights. Our legal team works with COC&I members to collect and present police harassment grievances to the police chief and/or civic entity responsible.
